A Student at Rocky Mountain Karate Association Will Learn:

• Striking and kicking techniques that hit hard.
• Reality-based escapes and related self-defense procedures.
• Competition-oriented grappling or survival-mode ground fighting tactics.
• The attitude and confidence necessary to make all of the above training tools actually work.
• The level of sportsmanship and strength of character to be a lady or gentleman - and only apply the techniques learned when the situation is appropriate.
